About Us
Compassion and Love was born from a deep calling placed in the hearts of Pastors Ernesto and Moraima Betancourt by God. Coming from Cuba with nothing but faith, they’ve always had a passion for serving others. In Cuba, they dedicated themselves to pastoring and helping families in need, and when they arrived in the United States, they continued that mission—starting in a small garage, with nothing but love and hope.
One night, as they prayed and saw the deep needs of our community, God revealed to them a name for their ministry—Compassion and Love—a name that would become a great blessing to all.
Helping those in need has always been more than just a mission for us; it’s our passion. With God’s guidance, Compassion and Love has grown, and today we are honored to support over 500 families daily. We offer food, clothing, and most importantly, hope in God's Word.
Our commitment to serving is personal—each person we help becomes part of our family. We believe no one should face life’s challenges alone, and with God at the center of all we do, we are here to walk alongside those in need, offering love, support, and a brighter future.
